All went very well and on behalf of Gerlyn and myself, thankyou so much for all your efforts to see us in Europe and celebrating our belated honeymoon.
The Novatel Tower Eiffel Hotel were helpful and friendly and Paris was an unforgetable experience, such a beautiful city with so much culture to explore. Glad we booked Moulin Rouge and Lido prior to departure, it was an uplifting and lifetime memory visit. Dinner at the Eiffel Tower was magnificent.
Taking the train to Barcelona was relaxing but not without it's own adventure, two hours out of Barcelona a heavy thunderstorm came through and........well just check out the photo's.
The Hotel Icaria Barcelona was also a great choice of hotel, friendly, convenient location and comfortable accomodation. To compliment myself for a moment, so glad to have arrived in Barcelona after Paris. It was relaxing and a fitting way to end the trip, went on the Barcelona Tourisic Bus to see the city then spent the remainder of our time at the beach soaking up the sunshine and pints of beer.....!!! We lost track of time at the beach on the last day and proceeded to miss our transport to the Barcelona airport, had to jump a cab and run through the airport to catch the plane by the skin of our teeth :-).
We made friends with staff at both hotels, some local resturants and venues so they went out of their way to make our stay individual and personal. ( including free drinks, more than our share of fresh pancakes and the best table locations ). When it came time to depart some of these staff members even made a special trip over to us in the reception area to say goodbye and goodluck. Smile and the world will smile with you..!!!
Once again, thankyou Kristen and the team at FreeToTravel for all your great work to make our holiday unforgetable and so well organized. When we decide to travel in the future it would be a pleasure to deal with you again and also to recommend your services to others.

The flights were great, the hotel was well-located (right around the corner from a Max Brenner chocolate bar!), the guys from the private cars were faultlessly professional (and the rides so smooth!) and the ARIA dinner was, as expected, out of this world! By the 2nd course, we were both sitting there going "Yep, this is worth the $260 price they charge!" Thank you so much for organising everything and making it all so easy! We had a brilliant weekend in the biggest smoke we have!

Hi Suzie,
Well we are back from our world Cup trip and we had a terrific time. The weather was good and the people were really great very friendly and helpful.
Cape town was a great venue and our accommodation was right in the centre of town. The two soccer matches we saw there were full of goals and the supporters were great.
Our time at Sun City was terrific with great venues and and lots to see and do. The cup final only had the one goal but the match was very good the Spanish and Dutch supporters really dressed for the occasion and the Dutch were gracious in defeat.
Margaret and I would like to thank F2T for arranging the trip. If anyone thinks entering competitions is a waste of time I can assure them their's always a chance of winning.

We were glad that we extended the stay as we did a day trip to Boston where I met some family that I had never met before.

As I mentioned, we had a fantastic trip and really appreciate the prize and
the support we got from everyone
The flights across with Virgin Australia were good, the limo drivers in Omaha were fantastic and the hotel in Omaha was a lovely old place with lots of character.
The Berkshire Hathaway AGM was an amazing cultural experience, to see 35,000 people turn up in a smallish city for a celebration of crass commercialism. Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger were very entertaining as well as offering good down-to-earth comments.
The trip to New York was also amazing. Staying right at Times Square was in the middle of everything (just where the car bomb had been found a day or two before we arrived)! The W Hotel adds to the atmosphere with its modern décor, lighting and music. The show "Chicago" was brilliant, amazingly professional and entertaining, just around the corner.
My wife Helen and I particularly enjoyed the Wall Street Tour. The tour guide was excellent and he coped brilliantly despite the fact that my wife and I are both heavily involved in finance and investments and asked lots of difficult questions. Not only did the tour guide work at Goldman Sachs, but he was also a professional singer and was able to sing "happy birthday" to Helen in full voice in front of all the crowds at Times Square.
This was topped off with the helicopter ride followed by dinner at Jean Georges which was definitely quite special. Not only because the place fully lived up to expectations, but also because it was Helen's birthday and because we were joined by my daughter Catriona and her boyfriend, who live in New York.
And then a (very) stretch limousine took as back to the airport the next day.
Even the weather was great every day

Thank you very much for all the time and effort you put into organising our prize and extending our holiday to include our extra plans. The holiday went very well and the two boys had an absolute ball in Queensland.
Theme parks, jet boat rides, tree top walks and a lovely night at the outback spectacular with fantastic front row seats. They are both still talking about it now. They have very special memories of a fantastic holiday. I have attached a couple of pictures of them enjoying their holiday.

We are back home after a wonderful five days in Waikiki. Everything went well, all the arrangements, pick ups etc, went without a hitch. Everyone we met was so courteous and happy. The weather was good and our hotel accommodation was very comfortable. We found some great restaurants and cafes for lunch and dinner and enjoyed our breakfasts by the pool at the Sheraton. Our swim with the dolphins was great, it certainly was an amazing experience and we have the photos to prove to our grandchildren we really did do it!
We picked the right week to go, the day before we left we got back to the hotel to find the front entrance had been enclosed by cyclone wire fencing, would have ruined our photos of the hotel! Also it is going to be very chaotic with all the alterations going on so we were very lucky. I will let the promoters of the competition know how much we enjoyed the whole experience. It was wonderful so thank you once again for all your help.

It was amazing! Everything ran really smoothly with the transfers and flights, no delays or dramas! The hotel was wonderful, we got a huge room on one of the upper level floors and the whole place was just steeped in history - an amazing ballroom and all these beautiful artworks lining the walls. It was a good location too - right near Times Square and Grand Central Station. We managed to squeeze a lot in - we saw the Statue of Liberty, South Street Seaport, Wall Street, World Trade Centres site, a football game, central park, an indie flick, empire state, macy's (and lots of other great shops), little italy and chinatown, Soho and nolita, a jazz club, and lots more that I can;t remember right now! THe shopping tour was fun and the massage was pure luxury (we could never have afforded it ourselves). The whole this was a dream come true really! The only thing was on the last morning the shuttle came at 5.20am so we didn't get our last breakfast. But the rest was really just great!

Yes I am back at work today - We had a fantastic holiday - no problems at all and very happy with our tour and cruise.
We had a day in Rome first, we had arrived on our flight at 8am & couldn't get into our room till later in the afternoon so thought that the "Hop on - hop off bus" would be the ideal way to get used to where things were - and we did enjoy the ruins of the Parthenon and Coliseum and the Trevi fountain was beautiful. Our bus tour was the next day, so we got the taxi to the Hotel to start that ..... we loved all the tour - most interesting to hear about the towns and countryside we were going through - had a great tour guide. We came back to Rome and had a day to look around further & went back to have a look at the ruins again and absorb the Italian culture.
Our Cruise was just fantastic - no complaints at all ..... so many beautiful Ports to see and the scenery was just spectacular - we were so looking forward to Mykonos & Santorini and we were not disappointed at all. Athens & Napels were just like big Cities and not very clean - but once outside the city things were much nicer. We found Turkey to be the best spot to buy as all the other places were so expensive. We went to The Isle of Capri and it is very nice too.
All in all we had a fantastic time & I am just about to send this email to Linda Hayes as well.
Thanks again for your help in our bookings etc and we really did appreciate this.

we are back home again... unfortunately.... oohhh it was just beautiful.. thank you so much for this opportunity.. my son had the time of his life.... and me probably too, after Tim Cahill kissed me..... dominik got Tim's shirt after the game... unfortunately he got injured during the game and was in pain... but he still showed us around.. nothing was too much, just an awesome guy.... the whole experience will last a lifetime.... after england as you know we went on to switzerland to visit my family... plenty of snow.. so dominik couldn't get enough , 
building iglous, snowfights, sledding... list goes on... and with him being almost 16, this probably was the last time he came on a holiday with me.. that made it extra special.... we will stay in contact with tim cahills PR person... tim cahill promised dominik a couple of things for his soccerclub..... thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!!

Just a short note to thank you for organising our "Trip of a Lifetime" to Egypt last month. We have been back just over a week now but I think we are both finding it a bit difficult to fit back into our normal routine after so much excitement.
Everything went like clockwork and A-Z Tours in Egypt treated us like royalty. In a city of that size and with so much glorious chaos around us at time did we feel unsafe or uncared for. In fact we intend to keep up internet contact with our tour guides there.

We all felt very special from the start flying there, being picked up and dropped off by a gorgeous limousine and staying at the Beverly Hilton made it absolutely perfect. The beautiful weather over there made the trip perfect as well, especially compared to the cold Melbourne weather.

Just wanted to email you and let you know we have returned from London and had a fantastic time. Every detail that you had arranged went smoothly and everything that was promised was delivered so I am very grateful for that. We shopped, saw lots of amazing sights , I spent time with my son who lives over there and i had not seen for a long time. We had terrific weather, some showers the day we went to the Tower of london but otherwise fine for all the other days.It was cold but after the long hot summer we are having in WA we loved it. Added bonus a lot of shops had their winter sales on so we did some good shopping.
The Reubans was the hotel to die for the service was amazing we really felt like royalty. The food in the hotel was delicious. We also had comlpimentary fruit and chocolates delivered to our room every night.

The trip was absolutly wonderfull - Bernadette suffered from the 15 flight over as she is not one who likes flying but came good about day 2. I only took about 2,200 photo's and about 12 hours of dvd's so that i will remember the trip. The hotels were superb even the one that was 2 star. The Fairmont in Lake Louise was wonderful as it snowed overnight on the mountains and as we had a room facing the lake we opened the windows in the morning as the sun was comming up over the motel onto the fresh snow on the mountains which made the trip that much better. The Glacier was wonderful - a little cold but the sun was out and the scenery stunning.
Our tour director Jannet was one of the best that i have ever come across as she knew just about everything there was to know about where we were going and were we were at the time and the bus driver Alan MacDonnald was great as well as wherever possible on an animal sighting he stopped and even backed up where possible so that all the bus could get perfect shots. I do have to complain about the meals though as i put on an extra 3kg's and i think Bernie put on a little more as she is not game to go on the scales. The train trip was the highlight of the tour and we went through some stunning countryside not only in it's colour but also in it's diversity. The start of the tour was good also as it gave us time to get over most of the jetlag before we had to start on the tour. Victoria on Vancouver Island is totally incredible with all it's hanging baskets on the light poles - something that we could not have here as the vandals would only wreck them and the fact that you could walk the streets even late at night without worring as there were still lots of people out late - we even took the movie camera out at 11.30 the second night to capture the Parlament House properly as the still camera just did not do it justice.
All of the crew in our bus were from Australia and even though they were Chinese and Indian all mixed wonderfully - we were a bit roudy at times but had a great trip and made a lot of friends. I would like to also thank you for a well organised trip that went off without a hitch even down to arriving home wit all our bags and no losses. Although had to unload my suitcase at the airport in Vancouver as it was 28Kgs and had to carry the laptop home on my shoulder. The trip home we also had one of the office girls from APT on our flight as she was on our tour and we had got to know her during the trip so we had at least one person that we knew on the flight.
In conclusion we had a wonderful time and it was a great escape for us.

I just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely wonderful time on the Aria package weekend last weekend. The hotel was amazing, the limousine ride was an excellent experience and the dinner was out of this world. On top of all of that, the Aria night was sensational and we had a real once in a lifetime experience, made even better by the stylist and make-up artist, it really was a memorable weekend that we will never forget.
In particular, we both wanted to thank you very much again for all your help, I know that we have already thanked you but you really did do a fine job of organising everything and we are very very appreciative of all your help and answering our silly questions.
On top of that we wanted to let you know that another colleague of yours Natasha was of great assistance to us on the Sunday with helping us out with our arrangements (we forgot a sheet of our itinerary and she was able to help us out even though it was a Sunday morning, which we were very impressed with). Overall, your work and Natasha's on behalf of your company was impeccable and we wanted to make sure that that was noticed and that you received the recognition that you both deserved.

The flights were great, the hotel was well-located (right around the corner from a Max Brenner chocolate bar!), the guys from the private cars were faultlessly professional (and the rides so smooth!) and the ARIA dinner was, as expected, out of this world! By the 2nd course, we were both sitting there going "Yep, this is worth the $260 price they charge!" Thank you so much for organising everything and making it all so easy! We had a brilliant weekend in the biggest smoke we have!

Hi Suzie,
Well we are back from our world Cup trip and we had a terrific time. The weather was good and the people were really great very friendly and helpful.
Cape town was a great venue and our accommodation was right in the centre of town. The two soccer matches we saw there were full of goals and the supporters were great.
Our time at Sun City was terrific with great venues and and lots to see and do. The cup final only had the one goal but the match was very good the Spanish and Dutch supporters really dressed for the occasion and the Dutch were gracious in defeat.
Margaret and I would like to thank F2T for arranging the trip. If anyone thinks entering competitions is a waste of time I can assure them their's always a chance of winning.

Everything went really well from the flights and transfers to the accommodation at the Sheraton which was fantastic!
We were glad that we extended the stay as we did a day trip to Boston where I met some family that I had never met before.

As I mentioned, we had a fantastic trip and really appreciate the prize andthe support we got from everyone
The flights across with Virgin Australia were good, the limo drivers in Omaha were fantastic and the hotel in Omaha was a lovely old place with lots of character.
The Berkshire Hathaway AGM was an amazing cultural experience, to see 35,000 people turn up in a smallish city for a celebration of crass commercialism. Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger were very entertaining as well as offering good down-to-earth comments.
The trip to New York was also amazing. Staying right at Times Square was in the middle of everything (just where the car bomb had been found a day or two before we arrived)! The W Hotel adds to the atmosphere with its modern décor, lighting and music. The show "Chicago" was brilliant, amazingly professional and entertaining, just around the corner.
My wife Helen and I particularly enjoyed the Wall Street Tour. The tour guide was excellent and he coped brilliantly despite the fact that my wife and I are both heavily involved in finance and investments and asked lots of difficult questions. Not only did the tour guide work at Goldman Sachs, but he was also a professional singer and was able to sing "happy birthday" to Helen in full voice in front of all the crowds at Times Square.
This was topped off with the helicopter ride followed by dinner at Jean Georges which was definitely quite special. Not only because the place fully lived up to expectations, but also because it was Helen's birthday and because we were joined by my daughter Catriona and her boyfriend, who live in New York.
And then a (very) stretch limousine took as back to the airport the next day.
Even the weather was great every day

All the hotels we stayed at were beautiful and highly recommend them especially The Exedra Hotel in Nice, The College Hotel in Amsterdam and the Le Meridian in Monte Carlo.

Yes I am back at work today - We had a fantastic holiday - no problems at all and very happy with our tour and cruise.
We had a day in Rome first, we had arrived on our flight at 8am & couldn't get into our room till later in the afternoon so thought that the "Hop on - hop off bus" would be the ideal way to get used to where things were - and we did enjoy the ruins of the Parthenon and Coliseum and the Trevi fountain was beautiful. Our bus tour was the next day, so we got the taxi to the Hotel to start that ..... we loved all the tour - most interesting to hear about the towns and countryside we were going through - had a great tour guide. We came back to Rome and had a day to look around further & went back to have a look at the ruins again and absorb the Italian culture.
Our Cruise was just fantastic - no complaints at all ..... so many beautiful Ports to see and the scenery was just spectacular - we were so looking forward to Mykonos & Santorini and we were not disappointed at all. Athens & Napels were just like big Cities and not very clean - but once outside the city things were much nicer. We found Turkey to be the best spot to buy as all the other places were so expensive. We went to The Isle of Capri and it is very nice too.
All in all we had a fantastic time & I am just about to send this email to Linda Hayes as well.

we are back home again... unfortunately.... oohhh it was just beautiful.. thank you so much for this opportunity.. my son had the time of his life.... and me probably too, after Tim Cahill kissed me..... dominik got Tim's shirt after the game... unfortunately he got injured during the game and was in pain... but he still showed us around.. nothing was too much, just an awesome guy.... the whole experience will last a lifetime.... after england as you know we went on to switzerland to visit my family... plenty of snow.. so dominik couldn't get enough , building iglous, snowfights, sledding... list goes on... and with him being almost 16, this probably was the last time he came on a holiday with me.. that made it extra special.... we will stay in contact with tim cahills PR person... tim cahill promised dominik a couple of things for his soccerclub..... thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!!

Just a short note to thank you for organising our "Trip of a Lifetime" to Egypt last month. We have been back just over a week now but I think we are both finding it a bit difficult to fit back into our normal routine after so much excitement.
Everything went like clockwork and A-Z Tours in Egypt treated us like royalty. In a city of that size and with so much glorious chaos around us at time did we feel unsafe or uncared for. In fact we intend to keep up internet contact with our tour guides there.

We all felt very special from the start flying there, being picked up and dropped off by a gorgeous limousine and staying at the Beverly Hilton made it absolutely perfect. The beautiful weather over there made the trip perfect as well, especially compared to the cold Melbourne weather.

Just wanted to email you and let you know we have returned from London and had a fantastic time. Every detail that you had arranged went smoothly and everything that was promised was delivered so I am very grateful for that. We shopped, saw lots of amazing sights , I spent time with my son who lives over there and i had not seen for a long time. We had terrific weather, some showers the day we went to the Tower of london but otherwise fine for all the other days.It was cold but after the long hot summer we are having in WA we loved it. Added bonus a lot of shops had their winter sales on so we did some good shopping.
The Reubans was the hotel to die for the service was amazing we really felt like royalty. The food in the hotel was delicious. We also had comlpimentary fruit and chocolates delivered to our room every night.

The trip was absolutly wonderfull - Bernadette suffered from the 15 flight over as she is not one who likes flying but came good about day 2. I only took about 2,200 photo's and about 12 hours of dvd's so that i will remember the trip. The hotels were superb even the one that was 2 star. The Fairmont in Lake Louise was wonderful as it snowed overnight on the mountains and as we had a room facing the lake we opened the windows in the morning as the sun was comming up over the motel onto the fresh snow on the mountains which made the trip that much better. The Glacier was wonderful - a little cold but the sun was out and the scenery stunning.
Our tour director Jannet was one of the best that i have ever come across as she knew just about everything there was to know about where we were going and were we were at the time and the bus driver Alan MacDonnald was great as well as wherever possible on an animal sighting he stopped and even backed up where possible so that all the bus could get perfect shots. I do have to complain about the meals though as i put on an extra 3kg's and i think Bernie put on a little more as she is not game to go on the scales. The train trip was the highlight of the tour and we went through some stunning countryside not only in it's colour but also in it's diversity. The start of the tour was good also as it gave us time to get over most of the jetlag before we had to start on the tour. Victoria on Vancouver Island is totally incredible with all it's hanging baskets on the light poles - something that we could not have here as the vandals would only wreck them and the fact that you could walk the streets even late at night without worring as there were still lots of people out late - we even took the movie camera out at 11.30 the second night to capture the Parlament House properly as the still camera just did not do it justice.
All of the crew in our bus were from Australia and even though they were Chinese and Indian all mixed wonderfully - we were a bit roudy at times but had a great trip and made a lot of friends. I would like to also thank you for a well organised trip that went off without a hitch even down to arriving home wit all our bags and no losses. Although had to unload my suitcase at the airport in Vancouver as it was 28Kgs and had to carry the laptop home on my shoulder. The trip home we also had one of the office girls from APT on our flight as she was on our tour and we had got to know her during the trip so we had at least one person that we knew on the flight.
In conclusion we had a wonderful time and it was a great escape for us.

I just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely wonderful time on the Aria package weekend last weekend. The hotel was amazing, the limousine ride was an excellent experience and the dinner was out of this world. On top of all of that, the Aria night was sensational and we had a real once in a lifetime experience, made even better by the stylist and make-up artist, it really was a memorable weekend that we will never forget.
In particular, we both wanted to thank you very much again for all your help, I know that we have already thanked you but you really did do a fine job of organising everything and we are very very appreciative of all your help and answering our silly questions.
On top of that we wanted to let you know that another colleague of yours Natasha was of great assistance to us on the Sunday with helping us out with our arrangements (we forgot a sheet of our itinerary and she was able to help us out even though it was a Sunday morning, which we were very impressed with). Overall, your work and Natasha's on behalf of your company was impeccable and we wanted to make sure that that was noticed and that you received the recognition that you both deserved.
