Time has just flown by since we got back from our honeymoon to Vietnam!
Thank you so much for organising our flights to Vietnam, we had the most amazing time there. We went to Ha Long bay and spent two nights on a Junk boat. Ha Long bay is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen! We also spent time in central Vietnam in Hoi An and Hue. Hoi An still has an old world charm to it and we had some of the best Vietnamese food there, and so cheap too!
Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) was something to see. We have never seen so many scooters in our lives! Unbelivable!! We did a trip down the Mekong delta from there and got see alot of day to day life of the farmers along the banks of the river. Our last stop was Phu Qouc Island and it was by far the best part of our trip! We could have stayed there forever! We did a cooking class there, went snorkeling and hired a scooter for the day and explored the island.

On behalf of myself and family, we would like to express our utmost gratitude for the best experience that we had on our Gold Coast trip from 18-24 October 2011 for the Amor All 600 and the day at the Holden driving centre. In particular, I myself as the major winner of the Berocca Twist 'n' Win 2011 have never imagined the thrill of the ride on a V8 supercar and have had the best experience both being driven by the Race Driver and steering the car by myself. This was the best experience in my entire life, I am even re-considering my hobbies in V8 racing and would not hesitate when the opportunity arises to do it all over again.
Overall we do also appreciate your efforts in booking accommodation in the best spot to watch the race even from our balcony, and the good connections in flights which worked smoothly all the way and back.

I would like to thank you and sponsors Yellowglen for the wonderful opportunity to spend a couple of days in Melbourne as part of my win in the Oaks Day competition.
Everything went smoothly - flights, transfers, accommodation and of course our day in 'The Birdcage' at the Yellowglen Chalet. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed excellent food and wine throughout the day along with some great company and 'people watching' with an overwhelming array of gorgeous outfits and even managed to see a few races live.
Our friends Michael and Amanda were thrilled to get away and momentarily put aside their daughter's struggle with cancer.

Kentley here, with my promised report on my BEST WEEKEND ever!!!! As a Vietnam Veteran pensioner of many years, I thought my days of going to an AFL Grand Final were a pipe dream.. Thankfully I enjoy drinking Carlton Mid Strength and was fortunate enough to fill in a few entries which by some hand of fate gave me the opportunity to attend arguably the greatest sporting event in Australia.
Virgin Airlines terrific, as usual, Citigate Hotel fantastic with friendly staff, great rooms, filling breakfast and best of all 30 metres from Melbourne’s best Pub, Young and Jacksons. Walked to the MCG on Saturday in the freezing wind, then got soaking wet, THEN the sun came out!!!! (Melbourne... You got to love the weather!!) Seats were fabulous, close to the boundary, and just far enough back to be undercover when the inevitable rain came. The game was one of the best contests of the year and the Melbourne social scene reacted accordingly.
Just a BIG THANK YOU, to Free-2-Travel, CUB, the Central Hotel in Brisbane for giving me and my mate an unforgettable weekend. (I can't get the bloody smile off my face!!!!)

We've just got back from Perth/Broome and had a truly wonderful time. We'd like to thank you so much for organising the trip as it was just what we needed after a couple of harder years - Cable Beach was stunning and the resort food, drink and pool were out of this world. Our baby girl loved being able to swim/paddle every day and we couldn't get her out of it.

The New York City Pass was very handy too, though we only got enough time to see the Empire State building and Museum of Natural History.
Cycling thru Central Park is also a must, and if take a cab definitely put on your seat belt haha

We would like to thank you from the bottom of hearts - our trip to Beverly Hills and the next 3 weeks was one of the best experiences of our life. We appreciate all the efforts and attention you paid to detail to make our trip so sensational.
We had a great time at the Crown Plaza in Beverly Hills - we quickly got our bearings and worked out how to travel around LA itself. Tyler enjoyed Universal, Craig loved some of the Rodeo restaurants and we adored Santa Monica. We hired bikes, rode to Venice, enjoyed the pier (had a portrait done by the great Walt). We found two restaurants we totally adore - Italian restaurant Il Fornaio ( opposite the pier) and the most insane Mexican restaurant La Sandia in the mall. Serously lots of fun, laughter and many kilos gained.
On our second last day we collected our car. Loved it a huge Aracdia GMC. I had driven in the states previously - so I drive for the first few days till Craig mastered the opposite side of the road. When he finally did - it was on. We were always fighting to drive the car cause it was just so gorgeous.
We travelled up to Pismo for a few days. Then we doubled back to LA and headed to San Clemente. San Clemente was fabulous. After a week there we then went to Encinitas for a week, where after another fabulous week, we decided to stay for another week and go to Huntington Beach for a week.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for choosing Virgin Australia - seriously as an ex-flight attendant, I couldn't fault their service. It was outstanding. We managed to upgrade to Premium on the way home and intend to do so next year also.
I hope the tone of this email conveys how brilliant our holiday was and it was all thanks to you!

What a wonderful cruise and holiday! I would recommend it to everybody. From the time we boarded at Brisbane, it was just magical.
We joined in every event we possibly could. There was so much to see and do. Each day we were given a written bulletin of what was happening and where you could see it on board, plus the notice of events each day would be broadcast over the speaker system. We also loved dining at “Palm Court” – the food was delicious! We would book in for every evening and liked it so much, we would have breakfast and lunch there as well, also high tea on a couple of afternoons. The service at our table was always excellent.
The evenings were lots of fun - the Country and Western Night, the Hawaiian evening, Tropical Island Deck Party, Country Karaoke. Lucky Ladies Night, Line Dancing, films at the International Show Lounge. We loved the Champagne Party evening in the Atrium together with the coloured lasers. The Atrium Lounge was very nice to visit – there was nearly always some event taking place and if not, there would be a band or singers and the baby grand piano playing softly in the background. Many passengers would gather there for a cocktail or coffee and just watch other passengers passing by.
On day 3, we moored at Noumea, where we took a bus tour of the “City Highlights”. Next day, we arrived at the island of Li Fou, untouched by man, pristine and with all its natural vegetation – it was just beautiful. We walked up to the top and investigated the little church which looks as though it is in the throes of being renovated, then down to the lagoon for swimming, where the water was just like velvet and a beautiful aqua colour. The third day was also an interesting one, where we went ashore at Port Vila. Lots of shopping here. The inhabitants of this island also don’t seem to have a care in the world! One of the highlights was looking at all the markets along the quayside where we had moored.
It was a little sad at breakfast on the last morning – we said our goodbyes to fellow passengers and hoped we would meet up again. All too soon, a most wonderful week was coming to a close, leaving us, with the most beautiful and enjoyable memories.
To the Captain, the Crew, Chefs, Entertainment people, Waiters, Room Attendants, Duty-free Shop Attendants, Office and Reception workers and all who were connected with this wonderful cruise; on behalf of us all, we say a big THANKYOU for a memorable holiday on the Pacific Dawn. THANKYOU P&O.
And to you Natasha, we thank you for all your organisation and arrangements with bookings, sending of tickets, etc. and liaising with us. Well done!!

I have included some photos of the view we had to put up with at breakfast every morning, the view from the balcony of the bungalow that we stayed in at Bora Bora, the main reception area at Pearl Beach Resort and a view of some of the bungalows.

Everything went very smoothly, thank you for your excellent organisation!
The hotel, Shangri-La Tanjung Uru was absolutely fantastic, can't recommend this hotel enough. We were also very happy with our transfer to the hotel as it turned out to be a private one(very fast getaway!) and we were just being shown to our rooms when all the other people arrived from the plane!
After this we flew to Sandakan and went on a 3 day trip to Turtle Island, Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and down the Kinabantan river where we stayed in a couple of different jungle lodges. This part of our trip was also very enjoyable, we saw lots of monkeys, birds, crocodiles, moniter lizards but not any wild orangutans.
We spent our last night in KK at the Langkah Syabas Beach Resort which we were also very happy with and thought very good value.
So all round it was an excellent holiday!!

Everything went really well. No problems at all. Our flight was delayed for an hour because of fog. Virgin Blue were really good. Couldn’t fault them. Thrifty were really good. Car was perfect! Sea World Resort was the BEST. Loved it. Renovation they have done is stunning. The room was gorgeous overlooking the kids water play park. Very clean! The staff were very friendly. Restaurants good. Kids club great. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to family and friends.
We did the theme parks as well. Seaworld was our favourite and Movie world second. Couldn’t believe how clean Seaworld and Movie world. Not one piece of rubbish or dirt around. We went at a great time of year because it was very quiet. We didn’t have to wait for rides – we walked straight on all rides.
We had never been to the Gold Coast and theme parks before and really enjoyed ourselves and thought about you and Devondale many times during our holiday.

Our Carlton Ken Bucks holiday to Las Vegas was fantastic, everything in America is bigger and better. The Bellagio Hotel was amazing and the fountain out the front was wonderful with the water dancing to music. It was the most wonderful experience we have ever had, taking my family to enjoy it with me was a dream come true.
The grand canyon tour was incredible, i wasn't a fan of the water rafting but now i am glad i did it, everyone else loved it and the canyon is spectacular, we all loved the helicopter ride out of the canyon. Our hummer ride was fab as well, we had a couple of drinks and felt like celebrities getting driven around Vegas.
I would like to thank Carlton for the prize it was amazing.

We got the seats that we requested on the flights and this was another pleasing aspect of the trip.

Now back in the Land of Oz after the most wonderful holiday. We just want to thank you so much for all the effort and time u spent working out our holiday, not a thing went wrong, not a plane delayed, or contacts didn’t meet us - it was absolutely flawless.
The Hotel Diana was really nice and we had a great time up on their roof terrace - met some wonderful people up there and stumbled into bed quite late - not so good in the morning (but it was worth it!). The Rialto Hotel was just brilliant and the guys on the desk were real cards and I think they enjoyed our sense of humour. Think they were sorry to see us go - I know we didn’t want to leave - could have stayed there for a lot longer. I can strongly recommend that hotel and as for the room it was overwhelming, with doors that opened up onto a small balcony which overlooked the main canal and the Rialto bridge. Just awesome!
We both loved Italy so much, loved the food, people, wine and shopping. All the tours were really worthwhile and know a lot more about the history of both Venice and Rome. As u may have gathered we were just so happy with everything and cant thank u enough for what u did.
England put the icing on the cake as it was so good to see my late husbands family after 20 years - hopefully we can see one another again before another 20 years is out.
Singapore Airlines was brilliant and the service on it was unsurpassed. It’s the first time I have flown with them and certainly rank them higher than other airlines I have flown with, including Qantas.
Once again many many thanks for all your help - now saving our pennies to see more of Italy!

We have been and returned home safely, after a fun filled time on the Gold Coast!
Had no problems with Virgin flight...all good!
Was raining 'cats and dogs' for the first two days, but we didn't let that spoil the fun....we spent a day shopping on one of the wet days, but made sure we were at the theme parks all day each of the other days...and had lovely evenings out for meals most nights, specially on my birthday at the casino, I even managed a win of some $$$!

We did enjoy it. Europe was very different as they say. We especially enjoyed going up to Hitler’s Eagles Nest in Germany as it was closed due to fresh snow on the previous day, so we got to see & feel the snow & it was such a beautiful day. Very scenic looking out on the snow capped Alps. We also loved Lucerne where we went up to Mt. Pilatus on the cogwheel train and also cable car. We did a lake cruise afterwards. It just looks like a picture on a postcard, so beautiful.
After all the adventures of Europe we arrived back in London looking a little worse for wear but very happy that we got to see everything thanks to the weather and our very hard working tour director. I am sure he will also remember that tour.
We found our tour of the UK & Ireland seemed quiet leisurely after all the adventures of Europe. We did enjoy our holiday very much and thank you so much for everything Natasha.

Firstly I would like to thank yourself, your team, and everyone at Cussons/IGA for offering such an amazing prize. Everything went so smoothly; from the time we left Australia to the moment we landed back in Sydney. The Sheraton Hotel was excellent, with speedy service, friendly, professional staff that always greeted us with courtesy and a smile. The room was spotless and well sized, and the location of the hotel is wonderful wonderful wonderful, literally 800 metres to Times Square, and a 5 minute walk to Broadway, 5th Avenue, and Central Park, not to mention a subway station right next door to it.
I totally fell in love with the Big Apple and hope one day to return. It is now my favourite city in the world, overtaking London and Dubai (been to both of those places a few times). I couldn't believe how warm and friendly the locals were toward us, I have heard stories about New Yorkers being brash and obnoxious but that was not the case with us. Everyone was unbelievably friendly. Thanks to my spending money I was able to treat myself to two bodacious pairs of sneakers at Niketown (both are very colourful, I am a person who likes things bright!), as well as a few little baubles at Juicy Couture and Tiffany And Co. We did a day tour to Philadelphia and Amish Country, visiting the town of INTERCOURSE! I purchased several T-shirts for myself and friends saying "I Love Intercourse!" on the front. I also booked a day flight seeing tour to Niagara Falls, which were mind blowingly spectacular.
I rode on the top deck of the Maid Of The Mist boat and got thoroughly soaked but loved every minute of it. We also caught two Broadway shows - "West Side Story" and "Jersey Boys." Seeing a show on Broadway has been a lifelong dream of mine so you can imagine how thrilled I was to have it come true! We also paid our respects at Ground Zero, I was surprised by how SMALL the site was/is, I read that it was 16 acres but it didn't look that big from where we were. The new Freedom Tower is rising into the sky already, but the footprints of the Twin Towers remain, they are going to be turned into memorial/reflective pools. Near our hotel was a firehouse which lost several fire-fighters on that terrible day, whilst there I bought some flowers and laid them outside the memorial at the firehouse.
We rode a buggy through Central Park and of course I danced on the Big Piano at FAO Schwarz! I had a meal one night at Serendipity 3, where Jackie Kennedy Onassis used to take her children and grandkids for ice cream, it was lovely.
So thank you once again for the opportunity to have such an amazing holiday! I love NY!

Thanks for the "Welcome Home' card! I hadn't realised how long it has been since I spent any length of time in my beautiful city of Melbourne.
It was a very special weekend and my friend and I had a fabulous time. The chauffeured rides were lovely and the drivers very professional.
The hotel room was stunning (as was Crown Towers) and we felt like Queens!! The buffet breakfasts were full-on but we endured bravely through all the choices (ha)and were thankful on the Saturday that the personal stylist took us into the heart of the city (so we could walk off the massive breakfast).
The stylist was great. She has a very infectious, up-beat personality and we were swept up in the excitement of trying new things. It was a pity she couldn't stay longer than the 3 hrs as it seemed to fly, however she left us with many good tips and suggestions and so we made our way casually through the city back to Crown and continued our lavish shopping spree in the many boutique stores there.
So thanks again for a highly memorable weekend. I bought some lovely clothes and accessories and managed some small presents for my sisters and mother.....who were delighted. It was a peek into a world of luxury and heaps of fun!

Having never been to the snow before, the weekend was an absolute blast! The weather was PERFECT! Was snowing on Friday afternoon when we arrived at Thredbo which was a lovely welcome for us snow virgins haha! I think we had about 10cm according to the radio.
I have attached a photo of me actually UPRIGHT on Skiis! Wasn't up for very much of the time so the photo must have been captured at the right moment.

The Novatel Tower Eiffel Hotel were helpful and friendly and Paris was an unforgetable experience, such a beautiful city with so much culture to explore. Glad we booked Moulin Rouge and Lido prior to departure, it was an uplifting and lifetime memory visit. Dinner at the Eiffel Tower was magnificent.
Taking the train to Barcelona was relaxing but not without it's own adventure, two hours out of Barcelona a heavy thunderstorm came through and........well just check out the photo's.
The Hotel Icaria Barcelona was also a great choice of hotel, friendly, convenient location and comfortable accomodation. To compliment myself for a moment, so glad to have arrived in Barcelona after Paris. It was relaxing and a fitting way to end the trip, went on the Barcelona Tourisic Bus to see the city then spent the remainder of our time at the beach soaking up the sunshine and pints of beer.....!!! We lost track of time at the beach on the last day and proceeded to miss our transport to the Barcelona airport, had to jump a cab and run through the airport to catch the plane by the skin of our teeth :-).
We made friends with staff at both hotels, some local resturants and venues so they went out of their way to make our stay individual and personal. ( including free drinks, more than our share of fresh pancakes and the best table locations ). When it came time to depart some of these staff members even made a special trip over to us in the reception area to say goodbye and goodluck. Smile and the world will smile with you..!!!

Europe 2010
Well we are back from our world Cup trip and we had a terrific time. The weather was good and the people were really great very friendly and helpful.
Cape town was a great venue and our accommodation was right in the centre of town. The two soccer matches we saw there were full of goals and the supporters were great.
Our time at Sun City was terrific with great venues and and lots to see and do. The cup final only had the one goal but the match was very good the Spanish and Dutch supporters really dressed for the occasion and the Dutch were gracious in defeat.
Margaret and I would like to thank F2T for arranging the trip. If anyone thinks entering competitions is a waste of time I can assure them their's always a chance of winning.

the support we got from everyone
The flights across with Virgin Australia were good, the limo drivers in Omaha were fantastic and the hotel in Omaha was a lovely old place with lots of character.
The Berkshire Hathaway AGM was an amazing cultural experience, to see 35,000 people turn up in a smallish city for a celebration of crass commercialism. Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger were very entertaining as well as offering good down-to-earth comments.
The trip to New York was also amazing. Staying right at Times Square was in the middle of everything (just where the car bomb had been found a day or two before we arrived)! The W Hotel adds to the atmosphere with its modern décor, lighting and music. The show "Chicago" was brilliant, amazingly professional and entertaining, just around the corner.
My wife Helen and I particularly enjoyed the Wall Street Tour. The tour guide was excellent and he coped brilliantly despite the fact that my wife and I are both heavily involved in finance and investments and asked lots of difficult questions. Not only did the tour guide work at Goldman Sachs, but he was also a professional singer and was able to sing "happy birthday" to Helen in full voice in front of all the crowds at Times Square.
This was topped off with the helicopter ride followed by dinner at Jean Georges which was definitely quite special. Not only because the place fully lived up to expectations, but also because it was Helen's birthday and because we were joined by my daughter Catriona and her boyfriend, who live in New York.
And then a (very) stretch limousine took as back to the airport the next day.
Even the weather was great every day
All up a wonderful experience.

We are back home after a wonderful five days in Waikiki. Everything went well, all the arrangements, pick ups etc, went without a hitch. Everyone we met was so courteous and happy. The weather was good and our hotel accommodation was very comfortable. We found some great restaurants and cafes for lunch and dinner and enjoyed our breakfasts by the pool at the Sheraton. Our swim with the dolphins was great, it certainly was an amazing experience and we have the photos to prove to our grandchildren we really did do it!
We picked the right week to go, the day before we left we got back to the hotel to find the front entrance had been enclosed by cyclone wire fencing, would have ruined our photos of the hotel! Also it is going to be very chaotic with all the alterations going on so we were very lucky. I will let the promoters of the competition know how much we enjoyed the whole experience. It was wonderful so thank you once again for all your help.

It was amazing! Everything ran really smoothly with the transfers and flights, no delays or dramas! The hotel was wonderful, we got a huge room on one of the upper level floors and the whole place was just steeped in history - an amazing ballroom and all these beautiful artworks lining the walls. It was a good location too - right near Times Square and Grand Central Station. We managed to squeeze a lot in - we saw the Statue of Liberty, South Street Seaport, Wall Street, World Trade Centres site, a football game, central park, an indie flick, empire state, macy's (and lots of other great shops), little italy and chinatown, Soho and nolita, a jazz club, and lots more that I can;t remember right now! THe shopping tour was fun and the massage was pure luxury (we could never have afforded it ourselves). The whole this was a dream come true really! The only thing was on the last morning the shuttle came at 5.20am so we didn't get our last breakfast. But the rest was really just great!

Yes I am back at work today - We had a fantastic holiday - no problems at all and very happy with our tour and cruise.
We had a day in Rome first, we had arrived on our flight at 8am & couldn't get into our room till later in the afternoon so thought that the "Hop on - hop off bus" would be the ideal way to get used to where things were - and we did enjoy the ruins of the Parthenon and Coliseum and the Trevi fountain was beautiful. Our bus tour was the next day, so we got the taxi to the Hotel to start that ..... we loved all the tour - most interesting to hear about the towns and countryside we were going through - had a great tour guide. We came back to Rome and had a day to look around further & went back to have a look at the ruins again and absorb the Italian culture.
Our Cruise was just fantastic - no complaints at all ..... so many beautiful Ports to see and the scenery was just spectacular - we were so looking forward to Mykonos & Santorini and we were not disappointed at all. Athens & Napels were just like big Cities and not very clean - but once outside the city things were much nicer. We found Turkey to be the best spot to buy as all the other places were so expensive. We went to The Isle of Capri and it is very nice too.
All in all we had a fantastic time & I am just about to send this email to Linda Hayes as well.

We are back home again... unfortunately.... oohhh it was just beautiful.. thank you so much for this opportunity.. my son had the time of his life.... and me probably too, after Tim Cahill kissed me..... dominik got Tim's shirt after the game... unfortunately he got injured during the game and was in pain... but he still showed us around.. nothing was too much, just an awesome guy.... the whole experience will last a lifetime.... after england as you know we went on to switzerland to visit my family... plenty of snow.. so dominik couldn't get enough , 
building iglous, snowfights, sledding... list goes on... and with him being almost 16, this probably was the last time he came on a holiday with me.. that made it extra special.... we will stay in contact with tim cahills PR person... tim cahill promised dominik a couple of things for his soccerclub..... thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!!

Just wanted to email you and let you know we have returned from London and had a fantastic time. Every detail that you had arranged went smoothly and everything that was promised was delivered so I am very grateful for that. We shopped, saw lots of amazing sights , I spent time with my son who lives over there and i had not seen for a long time. We had terrific weather, some showers the day we went to the Tower of london but otherwise fine for all the other days.It was cold but after the long hot summer we are having in WA we loved it. Added bonus a lot of shops had their winter sales on so we did some good shopping.
The Reubans was the hotel to die for the service was amazing we really felt like royalty. The food in the hotel was delicious. We also had comlpimentary fruit and chocolates delivered to our room every night.

The trip was absolutly wonderfull - Bernadette suffered from the 15 flight over as she is not one who likes flying but came good about day 2. I only took about 2,200 photo's and about 12 hours of dvd's so that i will remember the trip. The hotels were superb even the one that was 2 star. The Fairmont in Lake Louise was wonderful as it snowed overnight on the mountains and as we had a room facing the lake we opened the windows in the morning as the sun was comming up over the motel onto the fresh snow on the mountains which made the trip that much better. The Glacier was wonderful - a little cold but the sun was out and the scenery stunning.
Our tour director Jannet was one of the best that i have ever come across as she knew just about everything there was to know about where we were going and were we were at the time and the bus driver Alan MacDonnald was great as well as wherever possible on an animal sighting he stopped and even backed up where possible so that all the bus could get perfect shots. I do have to complain about the meals though as i put on an extra 3kg's and i think Bernie put on a little more as she is not game to go on the scales. The train trip was the highlight of the tour and we went through some stunning countryside not only in it's colour but also in it's diversity. The start of the tour was good also as it gave us time to get over most of the jetlag before we had to start on the tour. Victoria on Vancouver Island is totally incredible with all it's hanging baskets on the light poles - something that we could not have here as the vandals would only wreck them and the fact that you could walk the streets even late at night without worring as there were still lots of people out late - we even took the movie camera out at 11.30 the second night to capture the Parlament House properly as the still camera just did not do it justice.
All of the crew in our bus were from Australia and even though they were Chinese and Indian all mixed wonderfully - we were a bit roudy at times but had a great trip and made a lot of friends. I would like to also thank you for a well organised trip that went off without a hitch even down to arriving home wit all our bags and no losses. Although had to unload my suitcase at the airport in Vancouver as it was 28Kgs and had to carry the laptop home on my shoulder. The trip home we also had one of the office girls from APT on our flight as she was on our tour and we had got to know her during the trip so we had at least one person that we knew on the flight.
In conclusion we had a wonderful time and it was a great escape for us.

I just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely wonderful time on the Aria package weekend last weekend. The hotel was amazing, the limousine ride was an excellent experience and the dinner was out of this world. On top of all of that, the Aria night was sensational and we had a real once in a lifetime experience, made even better by the stylist and make-up artist, it really was a memorable weekend that we will never forget.
In particular, we both wanted to thank you very much again for all your help, I know that we have already thanked you but you really did do a fine job of organising everything and we are very very appreciative of all your help and answering our silly questions.
On top of that we wanted to let you know that another colleague of yours Natasha was of great assistance to us on the Sunday with helping us out with our arrangements (we forgot a sheet of our itinerary and she was able to help us out even though it was a Sunday morning, which we were very impressed with). Time has just flown by since we got back from our honeymoon to Vietnam!
Thank you so much for organising our flights to Vietnam, we had the most amazing time there. We went to Ha Long bay and spent two nights on a Junk boat. Ha Long bay is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen! We also spent time in central Vietnam in Hoi An and Hue. Hoi An still has an old world charm to it and we had some of the best Vietnamese food there, and so cheap too!
Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) was something to see. We have never seen so many scooters in our lives! Unbelivable!! We did a trip down the Mekong delta from there and got see alot of day to day life of the farmers along the banks of the river. Our last stop was Phu Qouc Island and it was by far the best part of our trip! We could have stayed there forever! We did a cooking class there, went snorkeling and hired a scooter for the day and explored the island.

On behalf of myself and family, we would like to express our utmost gratitude for the best experience that we had on our Gold Coast trip from 18-24 October 2011 for the Amor All 600 and the day at the Holden driving centre. In particular, I myself as the major winner of the Berocca Twist 'n' Win 2011 have never imagined the thrill of the ride on a V8 supercar and have had the best experience both being driven by the Race Driver and steering the car by myself. This was the best experience in my entire life, I am even re-considering my hobbies in V8 racing and would not hesitate when the opportunity arises to do it all over again.
Overall we do also appreciate your efforts in booking accommodation in the best spot to watch the race even from our balcony, and the good connections in flights which worked smoothly all the way and back.

Virgin Airlines terrific, as usual, Citigate Hotel fantastic with friendly staff, great rooms, filling breakfast and best of all 30 metres from Melbourne’s best Pub, Young and Jacksons. Walked to the MCG on Saturday in the freezing wind, then got soaking wet, THEN the sun came out!!!! (Melbourne... You got to love the weather!!) Seats were fabulous, close to the boundary, and just far enough back to be undercover when the inevitable rain came. The game was one of the best contests of the year and the Melbourne social scene reacted accordingly.
Just a BIG THANK YOU, to Free-2-Travel, CUB, the Central Hotel in Brisbane for giving me and my mate an unforgettable weekend. (I can't get the bloody smile off my face!!!!)

We'd like to thank you so much for organising the trip as it was just what we needed after a couple of harder years - Cable Beach was stunning and the resort food, drink and pool were out of this world. We would like to thank you from the bottom of hearts - our trip to Beverly Hills and the next 3 weeks was one of the best experiences of our life. We appreciate all the efforts and attention you paid to detail to make our trip so sensational.We had a great time at the Crown Plaza in Beverly Hills - we quickly got our bearings and worked out how to travel around LA itself. Tyler enjoyed Universal, Craig loved some of the Rodeo restaurants and we adored Santa Monica. We hired bikes, rode to Venice, enjoyed the pier (had a portrait done by the great Walt). We found two restaurants we totally adore - Italian restaurant Il Fornaio ( opposite the pier) and the most insane Mexican restaurant La Sandia in the mall. Serously lots of fun, laughter and many kilos gained.
On our second last day we collected our car. Loved it a huge Aracdia GMC. I had driven in the states previously - so I drive for the first few days till Craig mastered the opposite side of the road. When he finally did - it was on. We were always fighting to drive the car cause it was just so gorgeous.
We travelled up to Pismo for a few days. Then we doubled back to LA and headed to San Clemente. San Clemente was fabulous. After a week there we then went to Encinitas for a week, where after another fabulous week, we decided to stay for another week and go to Huntington Beach for a week.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for choosing Virgin Australia - seriously as an ex-flight attendant, I couldn't fault their service. It was outstanding. We managed to upgrade to Premium on the way home and intend to do so next year also.
I hope the tone of this email conveys how brilliant our holiday was and it was all thanks to you!

What a wonderful cruise and holiday! I would recommend it to everybody. From the time we boarded at Brisbane, it was just magical.
We joined in every event we possibly could. There was so much to see and do. Each day we were given a written bulletin of what was happening and where you could see it on board, plus the notice of events each day would be broadcast over the speaker system. We also loved dining at “Palm Court” – the food was delicious! We would book in for every evening and liked it so much, we would have breakfast and lunch there as well, also high tea on a couple of afternoons. The service at our table was always excellent.
The evenings were lots of fun - the Country and Western Night, the Hawaiian evening, Tropical Island Deck Party, Country Karaoke. Lucky Ladies Night, Line Dancing, films at the International Show Lounge. We loved the Champagne Party evening in the Atrium together with the coloured lasers. The Atrium Lounge was very nice to visit – there was nearly always some event taking place and if not, there would be a band or singers and the baby grand piano playing softly in the background. Many passengers would gather there for a cocktail or coffee and just watch other passengers passing by.
On day 3, we moored at Noumea, where we took a bus tour of the “City Highlights”. Next day, we arrived at the island of Li Fou, untouched by man, pristine and with all its natural vegetation – it was just beautiful. We walked up to the top and investigated the little church which looks as though it is in the throes of being renovated, then down to the lagoon for swimming, where the water was just like velvet and a beautiful aqua colour. The third day was also an interesting one, where we went ashore at Port Vila. Lots of shopping here. The inhabitants of this island also don’t seem to have a care in the world! One of the highlights was looking at all the markets along the quayside where we had moored.
It was a little sad at breakfast on the last morning – we said our goodbyes to fellow passengers and hoped we would meet up again. All too soon, a most wonderful week was coming to a close, leaving us, with the most beautiful and enjoyable memories.
To the Captain, the Crew, Chefs, Entertainment people, Waiters, Room Attendants, Duty-free Shop Attendants, Office and Reception workers and all who were connected with this wonderful cruise; on behalf of us all, we say a big THANKYOU for a memorable holiday on the Pacific Dawn. THANKYOU P&O.
And to you Natasha, we thank you for all your organisation and arrangements with bookings, sending of tickets, etc. and liaising with us. Well done!!

I have included some photos of the view we had to put up with at breakfast every morning, the view from the balcony of the bungalow that we stayed in at Bora Bora, the main reception area at Pearl Beach Resort and a view of some of the bungalows.

The hotel, Shangri-La Tanjung Uru was absolutely fantastic, can't recommend this hotel enough. We were also very happy with our transfer to the hotel as it turned out to be a private one(very fast getaway!) and we were just being shown to our rooms when all the other people arrived from the plane!
After this we flew to Sandakan and went on a 3 day trip to Turtle Island, Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and down the Kinabantan river where we stayed in a couple of different jungle lodges. This part of our trip was also very enjoyable, we saw lots of monkeys, birds, crocodiles, moniter lizards but not any wild orangutans.
We spent our last night in KK at the Langkah Syabas Beach Resort which we were also very happy with and thought very good value.
So all round it was an excellent holiday!!

Everything went really well. No problems at all. Our flight was delayed for an hour because of fog. Virgin Blue were really good. Couldn’t fault them. Thrifty were really good. Car was perfect! Sea World Resort was the BEST. Loved it. Renovation they have done is stunning. The room was gorgeous overlooking the kids water play park. Very clean! The staff were very friendly. Restaurants good. Kids club great. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to family and friends.
We did the theme parks as well. Seaworld was our favourite and Movie world second. Couldn’t believe how clean Seaworld and Movie world. Not one piece of rubbish or dirt around. We went at a great time of year because it was very quiet. We didn’t have to wait for rides – we walked straight on all rides.
We had never been to the Gold Coast and theme parks before and really enjoyed ourselves and thought about you and Devondale many times during our holiday.

Our Carlton Ken Bucks holiday to Las Vegas was fantastic, everything in America is bigger and better. The Bellagio Hotel was amazing and the fountain out the front was wonderful with the water dancing to music. It was the most wonderful experience we have ever had, taking my family to enjoy it with me was a dream come true.
The grand canyon tour was incredible, i wasn't a fan of the water rafting but now i am glad i did it, everyone else loved it and the canyon is spectacular, we all loved the helicopter ride out of the canyon. Our hummer ride was fab as well, we had a couple of drinks and felt like celebrities getting driven around Vegas.
I would like to thank Carlton for the prize it was amazing.

Moccona Italy Holiday
The Hotel Diana was really nice and we had a great time up on their roof terrace - met some wonderful people up there and stumbled into bed quite late - not so good in the morning (but it was worth it!). The Rialto Hotel was just brilliant and the guys on the desk were real cards and I think they enjoyed our sense of humour. Think they were sorry to see us go - I know we didn’t want to leave - could have stayed there for a lot longer. I can strongly recommend that hotel and as for the room it was overwhelming, with doors that opened up onto a small balcony which overlooked the main canal and the Rialto bridge. Just awesome!
We both loved Italy so much, loved the food, people, wine and shopping. All the tours were really worthwhile and know a lot more about the history of both Venice and Rome. As u may have gathered we were just so happy with everything and cant thank u enough for what u did.
England put the icing on the cake as it was so good to see my late husbands family after 20 years - hopefully we can see one another again before another 20 years is out.
Singapore Airlines was brilliant and the service on it was unsurpassed. It’s the first time I have flown with them and certainly rank them higher than other airlines I have flown with, including Qantas.
Once again many many thanks for all your help - now saving our pennies to see more of Italy!

Was raining 'cats and dogs' for the first two days, but we didn't let that spoil the fun....we spent a day shopping on one of the wet days, but made sure we were at the theme parks all day each of the other days...and had lovely evenings out for meals most nights, specially on my birthday at the casino, I even managed a win of some $$$!

I totally fell in love with the Big Apple and hope one day to return. It is now my favourite city in the world, overtaking London and Dubai (been to both of those places a few times). I couldn't believe how warm and friendly the locals were toward us, I have heard stories about New Yorkers being brash and obnoxious but that was not the case with us. Everyone was unbelievably friendly. Thanks to my spending money I was able to treat myself to two bodacious pairs of sneakers at Niketown (both are very colourful, I am a person who likes things bright!), as well as a few little baubles at Juicy Couture and Tiffany And Co. We did a day tour to Philadelphia and Amish Country, visiting the town of INTERCOURSE! I purchased several T-shirts for myself and friends saying "I Love Intercourse!" on the front. I also booked a day flight seeing tour to Niagara Falls, which were mind blowingly spectacular.
I rode on the top deck of the Maid Of The Mist boat and got thoroughly soaked but loved every minute of it. We also caught two Broadway shows - "West Side Story" and "Jersey Boys." Seeing a show on Broadway has been a lifelong dream of mine so you can imagine how thrilled I was to have it come true! We also paid our respects at Ground Zero, I was surprised by how SMALL the site was/is, I read that it was 16 acres but it didn't look that big from where we were. The new Freedom Tower is rising into the sky already, but the footprints of the Twin Towers remain, they are going to be turned into memorial/reflective pools. Near our hotel was a firehouse which lost several fire-fighters on that terrible day, whilst there I bought some flowers and laid them outside the memorial at the firehouse.
We rode a buggy through Central Park and of course I danced on the Big Piano at FAO Schwarz! I had a meal one night at Serendipity 3, where Jackie Kennedy Onassis used to take her children and grandkids for ice cream, it was lovely.
So thank you once again for the opportunity to have such an amazing holiday! I love NY!

It was a very special weekend and my friend and I had a fabulous time. The chauffeured rides were lovely and the drivers very professional.
The hotel room was stunning (as was Crown Towers) and we felt like Queens!! The buffet breakfasts were full-on but we endured bravely through all the choices (ha)and were thankful on the Saturday that the personal stylist took us into the heart of the city (so we could walk off the massive breakfast).
The stylist was great. She has a very infectious, up-beat personality and we were swept up in the excitement of trying new things. It was a pity she couldn't stay longer than the 3 hrs as it seemed to fly, however she left us with many good tips and suggestions and so we made our way casually through the city back to Crown and continued our lavish shopping spree in the many boutique stores there.
So thanks again for a highly memorable weekend. I bought some lovely clothes and accessories and managed some small presents for my sisters and mother.....who were delighted. It was a peek into a world of luxury and heaps of fun!

Just letting you know we had an absolute ball! Having never been to the snow before, the weekend was an absolute blast! The weather was PERFECT! Was snowing on Friday afternoon when we arrived at Thredbo which was a lovely welcome for us snow virgins haha! I think we had about 10cm according to the radio.

All went very well and on behalf of Gerlyn and myself, thankyou so much for all your efforts to see us in Europe and celebrating our belated honeymoon.
The Novatel Tower Eiffel Hotel were helpful and friendly and Paris was an unforgetable experience, such a beautiful city with so much culture to explore. Glad we booked Moulin Rouge and Lido prior to departure, it was an uplifting and lifetime memory visit. Dinner at the Eiffel Tower was magnificent.
Taking the train to Barcelona was relaxing but not without it's own adventure, two hours out of Barcelona a heavy thunderstorm came through and........well just check out the photo's.
The Hotel Icaria Barcelona was also a great choice of hotel, friendly, convenient location and comfortable accomodation. To compliment myself for a moment, so glad to have arrived in Barcelona after Paris. It was relaxing and a fitting way to end the trip, went on the Barcelona Tourisic Bus to see the city then spent the remainder of our time at the beach soaking up the sunshine and pints of beer.....!!! We lost track of time at the beach on the last day and proceeded to miss our transport to the Barcelona airport, had to jump a cab and run through the airport to catch the plane by the skin of our teeth :-).
We made friends with staff at both hotels, some local resturants and venues so they went out of their way to make our stay individual and personal. ( including free drinks, more than our share of fresh pancakes and the best table locations ). When it came time to depart some of these staff members even made a special trip over to us in the reception area to say goodbye and goodluck. Smile and the world will smile with you..!!!

Well we are back from our world Cup trip and we had a terrific time. The weather was good and the people were really great very friendly and helpful.
Cape town was a great venue and our accommodation was right in the centre of town. The two soccer matches we saw there were full of goals and the supporters were great.
Our time at Sun City was terrific with great venues and and lots to see and do. The cup final only had the one goal but the match was very good the Spanish and Dutch supporters really dressed for the occasion and the Dutch were gracious in defeat.
Margaret and I would like to thank F2T for arranging the trip. If anyone thinks entering competitions is a waste of time I can assure them their's always a chance of winning.

Everything went really well from the flights and transfers to the accommodation at the Sheraton which was fantastic!
We were glad that we extended the stay as we did a day trip to Boston where I met some family that I had never met before.

As I mentioned, we had a fantastic trip and really appreciate the prize andthe support we got from everyone
The flights across with Virgin Australia were good, the limo drivers in Omaha were fantastic and the hotel in Omaha was a lovely old place with lots of character.
The Berkshire Hathaway AGM was an amazing cultural experience, to see 35,000 people turn up in a smallish city for a celebration of crass commercialism. Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger were very entertaining as well as offering good down-to-earth comments.
The trip to New York was also amazing. Staying right at Times Square was in the middle of everything (just where the car bomb had been found a day or two before we arrived)! The W Hotel adds to the atmosphere with its modern décor, lighting and music. The show "Chicago" was brilliant, amazingly professional and entertaining, just around the corner.
My wife Helen and I particularly enjoyed the Wall Street Tour. The tour guide was excellent and he coped brilliantly despite the fact that my wife and I are both heavily involved in finance and investments and asked lots of difficult questions. Not only did the tour guide work at Goldman Sachs, but he was also a professional singer and was able to sing "happy birthday" to Helen in full voice in front of all the crowds at Times Square.
This was topped off with the helicopter ride followed by dinner at Jean Georges which was definitely quite special. Not only because the place fully lived up to expectations, but also because it was Helen's birthday and because we were joined by my daughter Catriona and her boyfriend, who live in New York.
And then a (very) stretch limousine took as back to the airport the next day.
Even the weather was great every day
All up a wonderful experience.

Just a quick email to say that our family enjoyed our holiday on the Gold Coast in April.Thank you very much for all the time and effort you put into organising our prize and extending our holiday to include our extra plans. The holiday went very well and the two boys had an absolute ball in Queensland.
Theme parks, jet boat rides, tree top walks and a lovely night at the outback spectacular with fantastic front row seats. They are both still talking about it now. They have very special memories of a fantastic holiday. I have attached a couple of pictures of them enjoying their holiday.

Hi guys, sorry it took so long to thank you for a remarkable holiday. Everything was so organised every thing went smoothly. All the places visited are stunning esp Table Mountain. We had a day in Rome first, we had arrived on our flight at 8am & couldn't get into our room till later in the afternoon so thought that the "Hop on - hop off bus" would be the ideal way to get used to where things were - and we did enjoy the ruins of the Parthenon and Coliseum and the Trevi fountain was beautiful. Our bus tour was the next day, so we got the taxi to the Hotel to start that ..... we loved all the tour - most interesting to hear about the towns and countryside we were going through - had a great tour guide. We came back to Rome and had a day to look around further & went back to have a look at the ruins again and absorb the Italian culture.
Our Cruise was just fantastic - no complaints at all ..... so many beautiful Ports to see and the scenery was just spectacular - we were so looking forward to Mykonos & Santorini and we were not disappointed at all. Athens & Napels were just like big Cities and not very clean - but once outside the city things were much nicer. We found Turkey to be the best spot to buy as all the other places were so expensive. We went to The Isle of Capri and it is very nice too.
All in all we had a fantastic time & I am just about to send this email to Linda Hayes as well.
Thanks again for your help in our bookings etc and we really did appreciate this.

We are back home again... unfortunately.... oohhh it was just beautiful.. thank you so much for this opportunity.. my son had the time of his life.... and me probably too, after Tim Cahill kissed me..... dominik got Tim's shirt after the game... unfortunately he got injured during the game and was in pain... but he still showed us around.. nothing was too much, just an awesome guy.... the whole experience will last a lifetime.... after england as you know we went on to switzerland to visit my family... plenty of snow.. so dominik couldn't get enough , building iglous, snowfights, sledding... list goes on... and with him being almost 16, this probably was the last time he came on a holiday with me.. that made it extra special.... we will stay in contact with tim cahills PR person... tim cahill promised dominik a couple of things for his soccerclub..... thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!!

My mum and I trully enjoyed the lifetime experience. Disneyland is absolutely amazing and the LA tours were really good. Hawaii also was a good stopover for relaxation.

The day was a lot of fun and very well organised.We had a really hard year this year since our house was flooded in February, this trip was very much appreciated and was one of the only good things we had to look forward to this year, we are so glad we went as a family and would like to thank you for everything you did towards the trip and hope there is some way you can pass on our thanks to Gillette for such a wonderful prize that was so very much needed and appreciated by us after such a horrible year. I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful organisation. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel was absolute five star and the staff were fantastic and very welcoming and friendly. The transfers from fivestar car services was one of the highlights of the trips - the drivers were awesome - all fabulous looking, well groomed men and an absolute
delight - oh and the cars were great also.
The Sunsilk/Portmans event was a real treat! Great to meet Jackie O. All the teams from Sunsilk, Portmans and Napolean Perdis treated us great. We had such a fabulous time and went away feeling like royalty. The champagne on the night is the best I've tasted!

We had a blast staying to the Beverly Hilton and
enjoyed watching Mark Phillipousos drive up to the
valet in his Hummer.
Our shopping tour was great, Sherrie was a great host and Oscar an entertaining driver. Dinner at Spagos was definately the highlight, the best meal we have ever had.

We can honestly say that this was a holiday of a lifetime and all 6 of the winners had the most marvellous time these past 3 weeks. We hit it off wonderfully and enjoyed many happy hours together, eating evening meals as a group and making some day trips together. We intend to continue our new friendship even though we are all back in our respective areas of Australia, swapping photos and experiences.

Just a short note to thank you for organising our "Trip of a Lifetime" to Egypt last month. We have been back just over a week now but I think we are both finding it a bit difficult to fit back into our normal routine after so much excitement.
Everything went like clockwork and A-Z Tours in Egypt treated us like royalty. In a city of that size and with so much glorious chaos around us at time did we feel unsafe or uncared for. In fact we intend to keep up internet contact with our tour guides there.

My parents and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Beverly Hills. Everything was perfect! Count not have been better!!
We all felt very special from the start flying there, being picked up and dropped off by a gorgeous limousine and staying at the Beverly Hilton made it absolutely perfect. The beautiful weather over there made the trip perfect as well, especially compared to the cold Melbourne weather.

Just wanted to email you and let you know we have returned from London and had a fantastic time. Every detail that you had arranged went smoothly and everything that was promised was delivered so I am very grateful for that. We shopped, saw lots of amazing sights , I spent time with my son who lives over there and i had not seen for a long time. We had terrific weather, some showers the day we went to the Tower of london but otherwise fine for all the other days.It was cold but after the long hot summer we are having in WA we loved it. Added bonus a lot of shops had their winter sales on so we did some good shopping.
The Reubans was the hotel to die for the service was amazing we really felt like royalty. The food in the hotel was delicious. We also had comlpimentary fruit and chocolates delivered to our room every night.

The trip was absolutly wonderfull - Bernadette suffered from the 15 flight over as she is not one who likes flying but came good about day 2. I only took about 2,200 photo's and about 12 hours of dvd's so that i will remember the trip. The hotels were superb even the one that was 2 star. The Fairmont in Lake Louise was wonderful as it snowed overnight on the mountains and as we had a room facing the lake we opened the windows in the morning as the sun was comming up over the motel onto the fresh snow on the mountains which made the trip that much better. The Glacier was wonderful - a little cold but the sun was out and the scenery stunning.
Our tour director Jannet was one of the best that i have ever come across as she knew just about everything there was to know about where we were going and were we were at the time and the bus driver Alan MacDonnald was great as well as wherever possible on an animal sighting he stopped and even backed up where possible so that all the bus could get perfect shots. I do have to complain about the meals though as i put on an extra 3kg's and i think Bernie put on a little more as she is not game to go on the scales. The train trip was the highlight of the tour and we went through some stunning countryside not only in it's colour but also in it's diversity. The start of the tour was good also as it gave us time to get over most of the jetlag before we had to start on the tour. Victoria on Vancouver Island is totally incredible with all it's hanging baskets on the light poles - something that we could not have here as the vandals would only wreck them and the fact that you could walk the streets even late at night without worring as there were still lots of people out late - we even took the movie camera out at 11.30 the second night to capture the Parlament House properly as the still camera just did not do it justice.
All of the crew in our bus were from Australia and even though they were Chinese and Indian all mixed wonderfully - we were a bit roudy at times but had a great trip and made a lot of friends. I would like to also thank you for a well organised trip that went off without a hitch even down to arriving home wit all our bags and no losses. Although had to unload my suitcase at the airport in Vancouver as it was 28Kgs and had to carry the laptop home on my shoulder. The trip home we also had one of the office girls from APT on our flight as she was on our tour and we had got to know her during the trip so we had at least one person that we knew on the flight.
In conclusion we had a wonderful time and it was a great escape for us.

In particular, we both wanted to thank you very much again for all your help, I know that we have already thanked you but you really did do a fine job of organising everything and we are very very appreciative of all your help and answering our silly questions.
On top of that we wanted to let you know that another colleague of yours Natasha was of great assistance to us on the Sunday with helping us out with our arrangements (we forgot a sheet of our itinerary and she was able to help us out even though it was a Sunday morning, which we were very impressed with). Overall, your work and Natasha's on behalf of your company was impeccable and we wanted to make sure that that was noticed and that you received the recognition that you both deserved.
