Representing luxury champagne house GH Mumm on behalf of Pernod Ricard, F2T manages the complete guest experience for more than 500 guests across a week of racing and events. From celebrities and media personalities to influencers and VIP business partners, every guest is welcomed into the exclusive GH Mumm marquee experience and supported by F2T throughout their time in Melbourne.
From the initial invitation through to the final farewell, F2T manages every detail of the guest journey. Our role encompasses invitation and RSVP management, travel and accommodation, guest communications, on-ground hosting, transfers and logistics - bringing every element together through one fully integrated guest management solution.

Rugby World Cup

The 2015 Rugby World Cup was an extraordinary opportunity for a trade incentive that Pernod Ricard Australia and New Zealand offered their industry trade partners.
A two week long tour to the vineyards and distilleries of G.H. Mumm, Chivas Regal, Glenlivet, Jameson's Whiskey and Beefeater. Pernod Ricard’s guests visited brands across France, Ireland and the United Kingdom for a first hand encounter with their production, soul and history.
With the timings strategically organised, each Pernod Ricard location was also host to a Rugby World Cup blockbuster match. The ingenuity of merging Pernod Ricard’s premium brands with world-class international rugby was a huge success for Pernod Ricard and an unforgettable way to thank their industry supporters.
F2T took on a full reservations, hospitality and chaperone role to aid the success of this unique luxury travel incentive. Arranging flights, accommodation, transfers, dinners, tours, tickets to games and the chaperoning of all on ground activities.
It was such a success, that F2T is hosting several different incentive groups across games in Japan for the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

AREC is Australia’s largest annual Real Estate Conference with an attendance of more than 4000 delegates. The brainchild of John McGrath from McGrath Real Estate, it is a showcase of industry talent. Personal triumphs of the worlds foremost real estate identities are shared amongst a forum of visionary ideals and innovative thinking.
F2T is responsible for the registration and package fulfilment of this entire event. From the moment we press send on the AREC invitations we manage each request for accommodation packages, transfers and flights. Additionally, we manage the travel, transfers and accommodation for AREC’s international and domestic guest speakers.
To ensure all attendees receive the best possible customer care, we provide a dedicated phone and email hotline to ensure our F2T staff are always on hand. Details like this help us guarantee a successful event for AREC year after year.
